Initial bill/scope of works put together advising and ensuring all has been captured and agreed forming our scope/items of work this helps to be honest and considerate, reviewing alternatives products to ensure client/project spend is well spent.
We then go through the items quoted with the clients… i.e. sample views, site visits to view certain items etc. and can create dummy displays if required. Along with the client we review project programme and ensure all phases/dates are achievable and in agreement, we also like to review programme to see if time/project costs can be saved at any opportunity.
Once the project is ready for our teams to mobilise, we do so in a orderly manner ensuring all materials, site supervision and labour force are in place as and when agreed. Our site supervisors are well experienced and ensure all aspects of the construction phase is managed and ran safely to the current Health & Safety legislations and also the full satisfaction of our client. Behind the scenes our company management are doing their part, keeping on top of project cost, spend, orders and efficiency throughout all processes, overseeing our site supervisors, the management offers a client specific service.
As well as a commercial service we also offer the design, manufacture and installation of washroom systems.
